  • Time-Bound Resolution: Submitted grievances are forwarded to the respective departments, and officials are instructed to resolve them within a specific time limit.
  • Application Tracking: After submitting a complaint, the petitioner receives a tracking number to check its current status online.
  • Grievance Redressal Cell: Special cells function in Collectorates and Taluk offices for this purpose, making this service quickly accessible to ordinary citizens.
